At Honour Early Learning, our Kindergarten Program is designed to prepare children for a confident and successful transition to school - socially, emotionally, and academically.

Led by Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers, our program supports children to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive not only in their first year of school, but throughout their lives.

Readiness Beyond the Classroom

We also recognise that school readiness is about far more than academic knowledge. It is about nurturing capable, resilient, and confident children who feel secure in themselves, can build positive relationships, regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and engage meaningfully.

Learning Through Inquiry and Play

Through a balance of intentional teaching, play-based learning, inquiry, and project work, our Kindy children are encouraged to think critically, problem-solve, collaborate, and develop independence in a supportive and engaging environment.

Throughout the Kindergarten year, children participate in a wide range of experiences that support their development across all learning areas, including:

Our Kindergarten Program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0) and aligns with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, ensuring children receive a high-quality early education experience.
