We encourage our children’s development through stages, not ages, ensuring a personalised learning experience that recognises individual progress.
Our Difference
At Honour Early Learning we focus on play, which offers children chances to learn through exploration, creativity, improvisation, and imagination.
What Sets Us Apart
Our Values
Honour is committed to inclusivity, tailoring education to each child’s needs while creating a diverse, supportive community where every child feels a sense of belonging.
Your benefits choosing Honour include...
An onsite nurse who is available five days a week to closely monitor the wellbeing of our young individuals.
We offer the convenience of a barista onsite at the centre, so you can grab a premium coffee during drop off. It’s our way of making busy mornings a little easier, and a lot more enjoyable, for families.
Our onsite childcare chef creates fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals daily, designed to meet children’s dietary needs and inspire healthy eating habits. Meals are seasonal, varied, and cooked onsite, with a focus on fresh local produce.
We love to celebrate your child’s special day. Birthdays are recognised with fun, child centred celebrations, complete with singing, group activities, and a specially prepared birthday treat.
Honour Early Learning offers 15 hours free Kindy, 40 weeks of the year.
Our Kindergarten program is fully Government Approved, ensuring your child receives the highest quality early education aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline.
Led by a Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher, our Kindergarten prepares children academically, socially, and emotionally for school success. Honour Early Learning also offers 15 hours free Kindy, 40 weeks of the year.
Our environments are designed to spark imagination.
Our playgrounds are thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, promote physical development, and encourage meaningful outdoor exploration. Each centre features its own unique outdoor environment, carefully created to support children’s interests, development, and sense of adventure.
Designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, our playgrounds offer a balance of open space for running, climbing, and active gross motor play, alongside quiet areas for imaginative adventures and creative exploration. Whether it’s navigating obstacle courses, splashing in water play zones, caring for herb gardens, or inventing games in nature inspired cubby houses, children are free to learn, grow, and discover through play.
Our outdoor spaces are more than playgrounds — they are vibrant, living classrooms where children build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the natural world.
Our educators have a commitment to excellence.
Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated educators who are committed to providing the highest standard of care and education for every child. Our educators either hold recognised Early Childhood Education qualifications or are studying towards them, and all participate in continuous professional development to keep in touch of best practice in early learning.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, all team members are trained in First Aid, Safe Sleep practices, and Fire Safety procedures, creating a nurturing, secure, and responsive environment where children can thrive.
Supporting our educators is a dedicated team of specialised support staff — including a qualified onsite nurse — who work closely with children, families, and educators to deliver holistic care. Whether assisting with health needs, developmental milestones, or emotional wellbeing, our support team provides expert guidance and an extra layer of reassurance for your family.
Our play-based curriculum supports children’s sense of belonging, being and becoming.
Our rich daily programs are filled with diverse, engaging learning opportunities both inside and outside the centre. Each day, children are invited to participate in activities such as art activities, gardening projects, sports programs, yoga sessions, and cultural celebrations.
We believe in the importance of listening to children’s voices and our programs are thoughtfully designed in response to their interests, ideas, and curiosity. This child led approach ensures that learning is meaningful, empowering, and deeply engaging for every child.
Regular excursions and centre incursions further enrich children’s experiences, connecting them with their community and broadening their understanding of the world. From nature walks and library visits to animal encounters and STEM workshops, our excursions are carefully chosen to spark wonder and extend learning beyond the centre walls.
Nutrition by CubbyHouse Kitchen
Honour Early Learning centres provide chef-designed meals prepared on-site every day by our partner CubbyHouse Kitchen. Every child is offered age-appropriate breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and an evening snack from a three-week rotating seasonal menu approved by Nutrition Australia.
A balanced diet provides the best energy and ingredients for growth and learning. But more than that, children who develop a healthy relationship with food can avoid the consequences of a poor diet. Offering complex flavours in an environment supported by trusted adults and peers helps to normalise a wide range of flavours and textures for children.
